The lot rent fee is $695 monthly.

Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable entrance fee in the amount of $695. This fee is due when a move-in date is set.

The first month’s lot rent of $695 is due at the time the lot is secured as well as the entrance fee of $695, totaling $1390.

Yes, a one-year lease is a required.

Trash disposal using our onsite dumpster, snow plowing on the roads and mowing the grass in common areas is included. For an additional charge billed to your account, we can arrange to have grass mowed and driveways plowed on your lot.

You will be able to fit two vehicles in your driveway.

These additions are allowed once they are approved by Coastal Estates. Reach out with your plans so we can review and make sure they comply with our community guidelines.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community but all pets have to be approved and a Pet Agreement must be signed.

There is a limit to two pets per home and the weight limit for dogs is 20 pounds or under. All pets must be approved and a Pet Agreement signed.

Yes, golf carts are allowed within the community.

No. ATV and Side by Sides are not allowed to be driven in the community as they are too loud for the neighborhood.
